    Mountain biking is a popular sport, and in Vermont we have a lot of mountains! The Barn is conveniently located near popular mountain biking parks including Emerald State Park and Jamaica State Park.

  • Stratton Mountain Golf Course

    Rich in history and scenic beauty, Stratton Mountain offers one of Vermont’s finest golf experiences. All 27 holes are designed to take full advantage of the mountain landscape and stunning views.

  • Equinox Golf Course

    Enjoy the crisp air and spectacular views of the surrounding mountains at this Par 71, 6,423 yard Vermont gem of a course. This scenic 1927 Walter Travis design will test a player's ability to hit a variety of shots to well manicured, undulating greens.

    Stratton Mountain, home of the great snow guarantee and a top Vermont ski and snowboard resort, offers 99 trails, 160+ acres of glades, 670+ acres of terrain, top-ranked terrain parks, slopeside village and the fastest fleet of lifts in the East.

    Tucked between the Taconic and Green Mountain Ranges, the Manchester area offers a laundry list of outdoor opportunities. Our favorite day hikes will lead you to pristine ponds, pretty waterfalls, and jaw-dropping vistas.

    The Green Mountains are full of hiking trails to beautiful waterfalls, many of which are right in our backyard. The Barn is in proximity to some of the best waterfalls to be found in Southern Vermont.
